Quick Reference

General Group Terms

To take advantage of the group benefits, some listed below, you must have at least 8 staterooms.  Benefits increase the more staterooms you have in increments of 8.  Example: 8, 16, 24, 32 etc

Benefits;

The group leader will have 90 days from the offer date to sell the blocked inventory in the group. The original fares quoted for the inventory will remain in effect for that 90 day period.

Any inventory for which the group leader has provided full names and full deposits as of the last day of that 90 day period shall be considered “sold” for purposes of the Match-Sold cycle
.
Match-Sold cycle: For each stateroom in the group block that is “sold” during the 90 day period, the group leader may retain an unsold stateroom in the initial group inventory and continue to sell that inventory for an additional 60 days. For example, if the initial group block was 30 staterooms and as of the end of the 90 day period, the group leader has sold 12 staterooms, the group leader may retain 12 staterooms for an additional 60 day period and the
remaining 6 staterooms would be returned to the inventory. Similarly, if the initial group block was 30 staterooms and the group leader sold 18 staterooms, the group leader may retain up to 12
staterooms at the original fare for the 60 day period. Match-Sold is not available on sold out sailings. Any inventory in the initial group that is not sold shall be returned back into the inventory.

The option periods will terminate at the end of the 90 or 60 day option period or 120 days from sailing, whichever comes first.

All groups will be reduced to sold at 150 days from the creation of the group or 120 days from sailing, whichever comes first.

New group requests can be made inside 120 days from sailing provided group inventory is available. Full names and deposit will be required. Minimum Size Requirements and Limits

Group terms are based on a minimum size of 8 staterooms of 16 guests.

Groups at 90 days from creation must meet a minimum size of 4 sold staterooms (full names and deposits) at double occupancy to retain
group status.

Any group that falls below 8 staterooms at double occupancy after the deposit cycle, no longer retains group status.

  • Royal Caribbean International will provide air arrangements with inclusive travel packages at competitive fares. While Royal Caribbean International will make the effort to accommodate all air requests, group guests originating from the same air city may not necessarily be accommodated on the
same flight. All guests using the air program will receive transportation and baggage transfers between the airport and pier.

    Dining

  • Dining requests will be accepted at the time of the initial booking. Royal Caribbean International will attempt to honor the request. However, dining assignments will be made on the basis of availability at the time of group finalization.
