How do I book a cruise?
  • You can book your cruise online and receive the special offers or you can call our reservation desk and we can help you plan your cruise, answer your questions and book the cruise for you.

How much will it cost to make a reservation?
  • Nothing.  We can hold space for you, therefore protecting your price, for 1 to 7 days depending on the cruise date.  When you make the reservation you will be given a deposit date and amount and a final payment date.  Final payment is due 70 days before sail date (90 days for holiday sailings.

If I have to cancel my cruise will I receive a refund?
  • You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 70 days prior to the sail date (90 days for holiday sailings). Otherwise the Cancellation Policy will determine the cancellation fee.

Do I need a passport?
  • A passport is highly recommended, however, United States citizens  leaving a USA port for the Caribbean, Canada, Bermuda, Panama Canal, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii will not need a passport.  Everyone will need their original birth certificate, or a certified copy.  Guests  16 years old and over will need a picture ID issued by a federal, state or local government agency.

When I book a cruise what will it include?
  • Your stateroom complete with maid service, room service and much more.
  • All of your meals in the dining room and buffets are included.
  • Children's programs are included.
  • Las Vegas & Broadway style stage shows, night club acts, dancing, discos and much more.
  • Sports such as rock climbing, basket ball courts, jogging track, spa and more.
  • Swimming pools, hot tubs, library, and more.

When I book a cruise what will it not include?
  • Any alcoholic beverages, soft drinks , or most drinks served in lounges or bars.
  • Casino gambling is not included.
  • Body  massages, beauty parlor, manicures,  and other personal services.
  • Many ships have 5 star specially restaurants.  They are normally $20.00 per person extra if you choose to eat there.  Reservations are required.
  • Baby sitting service is available for a fee. 
  • Tips are not included.  The guidelines per person are as follows:  Stateroom Attendant - $3.50; Waiter - $3.50; Assistant Waiter - $2.00; Headwaiter - $0.75 per day. For guests in a suite the Stateroom Attendant is $5.75 per day per guest.  You can prepay your tips when you make your final payment on the cruise.  The rate is based on the above and the number of days, otherwise, your tips will automatically be added to your bill.  You can visit the Purser's Desk and change the amount or have it deleted from your bill.  Envelopes will be provided in your stateroom to place the cash in for the tips.
  • Purchase of souvenirs , other personal items and shore excursions are not included.
  • Parking at the cruise terminal or transportation from the airport to the pier and back is not included.

Why are cruises so expensive?
  • Cruises are not expensive compared to most vacations on land.  Cruise prices start at less then $100.00 per day per person. Where else can you get a very nice room, free room service, 3 excellent meals a day, snacks and first class entertainment for less then $100.00?  A land vacation can easily cost more then twice that.

Can anyone contact me in case of an emergency?
  • Yes they can.  Call this toll free number:  1-877-266-1020 from the USAl. From outside the USA the number is 1-732-335-3296. You will hear a menu of each ship and will be given instructions on how to call the ship.  The rate is $7.95 per minute.  From outside the USA additional long distance charges may apply. You can receive a fax at no charge and you can send faxes.  Internet service is available at the Internet Cafe.  The rate is $0.50 per minute.  Package rates are available.

Can we make phone calls from the ship?
  • Yes. you can make calls from your stateroom 24 hours a day.  The rate is $7.95 per minute.  Charges will be placed on your bill.

Will I get sea sick?
  • Some guests may be hyper-sensitive to motion (airplanes, cars, trains, etc.) and they may get sea sick.  However, with today's elaborate stabilization systems most guests will hardly know the ship is moving.  If you are sensitive to motion their are several over-the-counter and prescription medicines you can take.  Free medication is available at the Purser's Desk also.

What about entertainment for our children?
  • Celebrity has professionally trained youth counselors for each age group in the children's programs  This service is free.  If you are on a shore excursion you can leave your children on board.Celebrity  will provide you with a beeper in case of an emergency. How much cash will I need onboard?
  • While you are onboard the ship cash can only be used in the Casino and paying for baby sitting services..  All other purchases onboard such as items in the shops, jewelry, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, specialty restaurants, body  massages, beauty parlor, manicures,  and other personal services is paid for on your SeaPass card that Royal Caribbean will give you at check-in.  This is your onboard credit card and all purchases are charged to the SeaPass card.  The final bill be charged to the credit card that you presented at the time of check-in.  If you do not have a credit card you can give a cash deposit, however, charges made on your SeaPass card will be limited to the amount of cash deposit.

Can we smoke onboard?
Can we do laundry onboard?
  • Celebrity ships do not have laundry areas on board, however, for a very reasonable fee one day laundry and dry cleaning services are available.  The Stateroom Attendant will pick-up and deliver your items for you. None of the staterooms onboard any Celebrity Cruises' vessel have irons or ironing boards.

If we are flying. What time should we arrive and depart?
  • All we can do is give you a few suggestions.  Weather conditions, flight delays and other factors must be considered.  In general, arrive at the cruise departure airport city at least 4 hours before the cruise departure time. You should be at the pier at least 2 hours before departure.  Cruise check-in will close 30 minutes before departure.  Guests arriving after will not be permitted to board!  Your airline departure after the cruise should not be scheduled for at least 4 hours after your ship arrives at the port.

What  is the legal drinking age on the ship?
  •  Celebrity will not serve alcoholic beverages to any guests under 21 years of age.

  • For the comfort and enjoyment of the guests smoking is prohibited onboard in most areas of the ship. Designated smoking areas include most of the lounges and all open-air decks.
